I highly recommend jumping on a 3 day RJ cleanse if you want a complete reset in your life. For me it was a good jump start for a new cutting routine/weightlifting program heading into the summer months. What really surprised me was the mental focus and sense of accomplishment you get from completing the cleanse. Day 1 led to some headaches and a hangry attitude but about half way through day 2 I realized I could control my hunger and cravings. That’s an absolute super power during a cut. By the end of day 3 not only do you have a sense of accomplishment but in my case I had an overwhelming sense of wellbeing. Is it easy? It wasn’t for me. Is it worth it? Most definitely. I truly think this would be a great way to break addiction to caffeine or nicotine as well.

I love that it’s organic! Not many out there are and that’s important to me when cleansing. I did the 3 day green cleanse this time around and it was great! All the juices are delicious but man that Chill Pill is divine!

I love this cleanse I use this 3 to 4 times a year. It is truly amazing. It works amazingly, I had to do an insurance physical, prior to the physical I did a 8 day juice fast. My test results were amazing, and the insurance agent wanted to know what I did because he commented that he has never seen anyone get approved so fast. He said he needs to do what I am doing.
