Refund Policy

Given the highly perishable nature and limited shelf life of our products, all sales are final within 24 hours of your selected delivery date.

Our products are shipped refrigerated and unfrozen in order to maintain the integrity of the sensitive ingredients and extraction methods that we use. Therefore, it is very important that you don’t miss your delivery and refrigerate the product as soon as it is received. We cannot guarantee that your order will be cold beyond your selected delivery date, and cannot be held responsible for spoilage or any other complication that occurs due to a missed delivery. We strongly advise against consuming products that have not been properly refrigerated for more than a few minutes.

Once your order has shipped, it is released to FedEx, and we cannot be held responsible for what happens to your order after it has been delivered, such as if your package gets lost or stolen. Your order will be shipped Standard Overnight or Same-day with “No Signature Required” unless otherwise directed. You will receive a shipment notifications from us via email or text message until delivery is completed. If the delivery person is unable to access your home or building to deliver your order, they are instructed to make a reasonable effort to contact you via the phone number that you provided. After that, it is up to the FedEx driver to determine whether to leave the package with an appropriate agent on your behalf, or withhold delivery. FedEx will provide you with proof of delivery, or instructions on how to obtain your package if your delivery is missed.

Once your order is received, you should immediately refrigerate your juice. Please ensure proper storage of the juice by setting your refrigerator to its coldest setting. If your order is incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can rectify any mistakes made on our behalf. Please verify the contents of your order as soon as possible so the appropriate remedies can be made promptly if necessary.

We will not refund you for a negative experience. Everyone is different and so too will be the experience, especially when juice cleansing. Factors such as diet, activity level, average caffeine or sugar intake, and preparatory steps taken are just a few of many, many factors that will determine your experience while drinking the juices. A small percentage(<0.2%) of users will react poorly to our juice or juice cleanses and may experience the following: vomiting, nausea, headaches, cold-sweating, irritable bowels, diarrhea, constipation, overly-frequent urination, and more. If you experience these negative symptoms, stop drinking the juice and talk to a healthcare professional.

We will not refund you if our products do not meet your personal expectations. We don’t guarantee weight loss, health improvement, or any other change after consuming our products. You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any diet or supplementation program.
